What was supposed to be a weeklong volunteer opportunity turned into a life-changing volunteer experience.

We volunteer with Strongward because it allows us to serve people in need, and that is what we do! We rebuild families' homes and help create new communities.

Farmers Insurance® has a proud tradition of community service and volunteerism. Through our longstanding partnership with Strongward, hundreds of Farmers® volunteers have dedicated their time and talent to help rebuild homes, transform lives and strengthen communities. The volunteering experience also serves to bring our colleagues together around a shared purpose and inspire feelings of hope, unity, and teamwork.

Our group from northern New Jersey has been volunteering in New Orleans since 2006 and our go-to partner is Strongward. We have also volunteered with Strongward in Baton Rouge, Houston, Red Hook and the Jersey Shore. Not only is it easy to connect and work out details for our volunteer groups, but every step of the way is well organized and deeply meaningful. We always include Strongward in our volunteer trips .
